U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground. If the only address we have is your post-office box, then the order is shipped by First Class or Priority Mail.

Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground.

Other international orders are shipped FedEx Economy.Contact us for shipping costs.

Shipment by other methods and carriers is available at additional charge, or can be billed to your account.
30-Day Video Previews
Our video products are available to qualified companies on a 30-Day Preview basis. You can preview the video to see if it fits your needs, then either pay for it or return it, using the paperwork that ships with the products. To order on a 30-Day Preview basis, contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail. You can't order 30-Day Preview products on our Web site.
