This 55-minute DVD explains how to replace existing line conductors with new conductors. The situation described is one that often occurs when it is necessary to increase the size of the conductors in a line. It demonstrates how to install temporary crossarms, pull and sag the new conductors, parallel them with the existing conductors, and remove the old conductors.
